Manifesting 101: What It’s All About
The concept of manifestation has been stretched and filtered through so many lenses—spiritual, aesthetic, algorithmic—that it’s easy to forget what it actually means. For many, it’s become a hashtag. For others, a punchline. But at its root, manifestation is a practice of remembering that your attention, energy, and actions carry creative power.
Not power in the magical-thinking sense. Power in the very real, everyday way that you choose how to show up, what to focus on, what to release, and what to build toward.

Step 1: Get Specific With Your Desire
Before you can manifest anything, you have to know what you’re actually asking for. Not in a vague, dreamy way—but with precision and honesty.
Start by journaling on these questions:
What am I ready to call in?
What version of me is aligned with that vision?
What needs to be cleared to make space for it?
Manifestation isn’t just about adding something new—it’s often about removing what no longer fits. Old beliefs. Distractions. Outgrown relationships. The clarity to know what you want begins with the courage to admit what you’re done with.
Step 2: Live Like It’s Already on Its Way
Manifestation gains momentum when you begin behaving as though your desire is already in motion. This doesn’t mean faking it. It means creating the internal conditions to hold the thing you’re asking for.
If you’re calling in a new chapter—health, purpose, love, abundance—ask yourself:
How would I speak to myself if this was already true?
What would I say yes to?
What habits would support that version of me?
This step isn’t glamorous. It’s often quiet, un-shareable work. Eating nourishing food. Protecting your mornings. Saying no to distractions. Doing the unglamorous task that moves the needle.
Step 3: Create Small Rituals of Alignment
Daily rituals act like tuning forks. They help re-center your energy and remind your nervous system what you’re building toward. In our course, we guide you through designing rituals that aren’t performative, but personal—ones that feel like you.

“Every morning, I make my matcha in silence. I breathe, I set a feeling for the day, and I revisit one page of my vision journal. Some days it’s just five minutes. But that check-in is my anchor.”
Try one of your own:
Light a candle and journal for ten minutes.
Close the day with three things you’re grateful for.
Walk in nature while repeating a mantra.
Consistency rewires belief. Repetition cultivates trust. These small acts build the muscle of alignment.
Step 4: Address What’s Blocking You
One thing most manifestation advice skips over is resistance. If part of you wants something, but another part fears it, doubts it, or feels unworthy of it—that creates internal friction. Sometimes we’re unconsciously attached to struggle, scarcity, or staying small because it feels safer than change.
To move forward, you need to acknowledge that. Sit with the part of you that’s scared to receive. Ask it what it needs. Bring compassion, not control.
You can’t manifest from anxiety and expect ease. When your nervous system feels safe to receive, your outer life begins to shift to match.
Step 5: Trust the Timing, Keep Moving
There’s no guaranteed timeline. No formula. Some things arrive quickly. Others ask for deep preparation. You might not get what you envisioned, but something more aligned might arrive instead. Your job is to stay clear in your vision, grounded in your practices, and open to the unexpected.
Trust doesn’t mean waiting passively. It means choosing to walk forward, even when the outcome is unclear.
